Mavent is a Salesforce consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. It helps businesses design, build, and run Salesforce solutions that match how they sell, serve customers, and grow.
Its consultants and engineers work with clients in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and SaaS. Their projects span Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, from the first discovery workshop to the final handover.

Business Objectives

Every Salesforce project produces a large volume of written work: requirements, solution designs, user stories, code, test classes, data mappings and handover guides. Much of that effort repeats from one project to the next.
Mavent wanted Claude to take on this repeat work. Two conditions mattered from the start. Client data had to stay protected, and the team had to keep using Claude long after launch.
The key objectives were to:
  • Give every consultant and engineer secure access to Claude Enterprise
  • Set clear rules for client data before anyone logged in
  • Build shared Claude Projects around Mavent’s delivery standards
  • Make Claude part of everyday work across the team

Solution

Kenexai’s AI Enablement Practice led the rollout in three phases. A tool switched on for everyone at once rarely takes hold. So Kenexai started with a small group, proved what worked, and then expanded.
How it works
  • Foundation — Kenexai set up Claude Enterprise with single sign-on, agreed a usage policy with Mavent’s leadership, and gave a pilot group early access.
  • Learning — The pilot group met regularly to share the prompts that worked. Kenexai turned the best of them into shared Claude Projects built on Mavent’s templates and standards.
  • Expansion — Kenexai opened access to the rest of the team in stages and paired each new user with a pilot champion.
Kenexai set the rules for client data before the first login. Team members never enter client credentials, secrets or personal data into Claude. Reviewers check AI-assisted code and configuration the same way they check any other work.

Claude is now part of how Mavent delivers Salesforce projects, with all 20 engineers onboarded to Claude Enterprise within two weeks. The rollout gave the team:
The key objectives were to:
  • 40 to 60 hours saved per consultant each week, with faster first drafts of solution designs, user stories and project documentation
  • Consistent deliverables built on shared templates in Claude Projects
  • Protected client data, with clear rules in place from the first login
  • Lasting adoption, with 70% to 90% of the team using Claude every week, driven by peer champions rather than one-off training
By starting small and setting the rules early, Kenexai turned Claude from a new tool into part of how Mavent works.
