Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for India and US positons.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectatons and skill needs.
- Create job descriptons, sourcing plans, and interview structures.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhuntng.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles.
- Conduct HR screening for communicaton, skill ft, expectatons, and culture alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and schedules across multple tme zones.
- Provide tmely updates to hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Manage candidate expectatons throughout the interview process.
- Handle ofer negotatons, rollouts, and pre-onboarding formalites.
- Coordinate background checks and documentaton completon.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers.
- Ensure process compliance and contribute to improving hiring workfows and branding.
Skill Requirement:
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience with strong Indian hiring background; US recruitment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and writen communicaton skills for India & US interactons.
- Proven ability to close roles in fast-paced, mult-role environments.
- Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and sourcing strategies.
- Good understanding of salary structures, hiring norms, and market trends for both regions.
- Ability to manage multple roles with tght tmelines and coordinate across tme zones.
Preferred Qualifcatons:
- Experience hiring for tech, data, AI, or engineering roles.
- Exposure to start-up or fast-scaling companies.
- Strong negotaton, relatonship management, and stakeholder handling skills.
