Roles and Responsibility:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques (if applicable) for advanced data analysis and forecasting.
- Present findings to senior management in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
- Ensure data integrity and promote best practices in data governance.
Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large relational databases.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
